What Fruit Is in Season Each Month? | Eating Seasonally Tips

Are you buying the same fruit every week without thinking about the season? Eating fruit in season is one of the easiest ways to save money on groceries, reduce food waste, and enjoy better flavor.

In this video, I’m sharing how our family rotates fruit throughout the year based on peak seasons. From strawberries and berries to pineapple, mango, cherries, apples, citrus, and more. This seasonal produce strategy helps us avoid food boredom, lower our grocery costs, and preserve extra for later.

You’ll learn:

What are your thoughts on the new Ball stainless steel lids? They have a gasket instead of the traditional lid and band. Was wondering if they work the same and are as air tight as the traditional lids

Any tips for choosing best produce? I never pick a good watermelon, or pineapple, etc.

    Another question for ya!

My fridge’s “crisper drawer” is only one large door instead of the typical 2 with controlled venting options. How would you recommend utilizing one large crisper drawer in this situation? I was wondering if large acrylic inserts could act as pseudo-drawers within the drawer. And of course, keeping my apples far away from what’s in there

New to your channel and going through some of your videos to try to make what we get last longer in this economy. Thank you for what you do, I wish I was brave enough to do pantry canning but the idea of it exploding scares me, as well as food going bad that was done improperly, I couldn’t risk it, I’d be too worried we’d all get sick.
