The BEST Crockpot Corn Side Dish
Easy Crockpot Corn Side Dish
Perfect for Thanksgiving and serves a crowd!
Ingredients:
* 3 (14 oz) bags frozen corn (or 3 cans of corn, drained)
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* Salt to taste
* 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
* 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
Instructions:
1. In a large crockpot, combine the corn, milk, sugar, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
2. Place the stick of butter and the block of cream cheese on top of the mixture—do not stir.
3. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, stir everything together until smooth and creamy.
5. Continue to cook for 20-30 minutes, then turn the crockpot to warm to serve.
