What’s the point of putting so much efforts in making fast food and oversugared food like this from scratch. Most of the things are sandwiches and snacks. That’s not food.
You didn’t season the pork enough you need more seasoning for all that meat 🤦🏾♀️
If you’re ever feeling like making a good sweet/bitter cookie, I figured out that pink salt and dark chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli dark chocolate barista mini chips). The pink salt tightens the slight bitter taste with the over all sweet dough. I always get asked to bring those and bite sized pecan pies (nut cups) everywhere lol
