How long do these keep for? I don’t know if I missed that.
A chicken without skin on is no chicken – you are missing out on the majority of nutrients. I’m affraid your canned chicken soup is chicken- nutrients deficient.
Can I use cooked garbanzo beans instead peas??

Wow. Ball blue book says to partially cook all ingredients prior to canning….but I keep seeing videos that show raw food canning in pressure canner. Ugh!
