Preserving food for winter | Oil-packed tomatoes

I’m busy in the kitchen preserving food for winter – today, we’re making oil-packed tomatoes which is how I preserve my tomatoes from the garden! This method is EASY and is way better than heating up a water canner!

    Please, please practice sanitation. Don’t touch your hair repeatedly and then touch the food. Put your hair in a ponytail. The Health Department would nit approve. 😢

    you cant keep raw garlic in an oil based preserve even in the fridge longer than a week ish, this lady is gonna kill someone with botulism
