๐Ÿšจ Recipe ๐Ÿšจ
Ingredients:

1 lb Strawberries
1 cup sugar (get good sugar)
4 cups water
1 cup Vinegar (I used ACV)
Zest from lemon
Juice from 1/2 lemon

๐Ÿ’ŽNotes:
-This small batch recipe makes 1pint of jam and can be stored for up to 6months.
-No pectin and No gelatin needed to achieve the perfect consistency!
-Temper your glass jar/container that you wish to store the jam with hot water for 10-15min.

    Most fruits contain a bit of pectin anyway. The lemon helps draw it out.
    Pectin is like the gelatin of the fruit world.
