I made this yesterday and it was great! It didn’t quite look like this loaf but close. I probably could have put it in uncovered for another 5 minutes. I used the white Parchment paper and it stuck to the bread especially on the bottom. I think next time I’ll omit the parchment paper altogether as the bread bottom was pretty hard on the bottom. I may try a little Crisco or just flour. My wife loved the taste! Warm fresh bread with butter! I just need to sharpen my bread knife. The total rise times were a bit long for me but my wife said it was worth it. She was happy and that means success!
