    On the nutrition side, protein is what we truly need. We should all eat protein, especially from animals. Meat and eggs are healthy, regardless of what modern guidelines state. Besides, meat and eggs are healthy and delicious. Vitamin D is obtained in the sun naturally, and doing it naked is healthy. It’s why I prefer nudism to be into.
