Hey man, just wanted to say I have just recently found your page and you’ve inspired me to get back to cooking from scratch and cooking in a sustainable way. I have been very sick for the past year and stopped being able to do activities I used to take joy in. I think that spiralled into a depression, so even on my good days I’d stay in bed. Since discovering your channel on my good days or good 20 minutes I’m using them to cook or prepare a nutritious meal for when my appetite comes back around and it has really pulled me out of my slump. I never write this kind of stuff to creators but you have so genuinely inspired me to keep trekking and find new ways to enjoy my hobbies while working within my physical limitations. ❤
what about the egg white where all the proteins are ?
this is great information. I love his obsession with learning how to preserve. However, that we’re in a future pandemic or food shortage. I would like to know the easiest way to do this and a fast way of doing this because I just ordered some mason jars and I don’t have much time to focus on where he is showing us in this video. This is too expensive something a little bit more simpler quicker, please.
Could you please help me out with this: how can you ferment wheatgerm at home. Ive looked for podcasts demonstrating this but to no avail, nobody knows or nobody cares.
I love wheatgerm and am very interested in fermenting it.
